Instructions
1. In order to diagnose an issue reported with your website, we may need to know some details about how you are viewing the website. To do this please click on the above button “Web Browser & Device Info”. This link will open a new browser window.
2. Once on the page you will see “SHARE YOUR SYSTEM INFO WITH TECH SUPPORT” and a green button next to this “Copy to clipboard” Click this.
3. Now open up your emails and right click within your email body using your mouse and choose “paste”. The url will paste into your email.
4. Now send the email with the url you just copied and pasted to web@easitill.co.uk.
