Christmas and New Year Office Closure:

As the festive season approaches, we would like to advise you of our opening times and support provision over the holiday period.

4pm, Friday 23rd December 2022 – 9am, Tuesday 3rd January 2023

We will continue to operate our support helpline as normal, however, in order to give all our staff some time off and well-deserved rest, we request that all non-urgent support queries and consumable orders be submitted before Friday 16th December 2022.

Don’t forget to please make sure you have enough post code lookup credits, till rolls, labels etc. to see you into the New Year.

Our emergency support is for breakdowns and issues where you cannot trade. We will never leave a customer without the ability to trade at whatever time of year!
