One of the highlights of last year was hearing the fantastic news that we had won the ‘Midlands Enterprise Award for Best EPOS Solutions Provider‘, something we were delighted to learn and the whole team was very proud to receive.
The Midlands Enterprise Awards rewards the hardworking entrepreneurs and companies for their excellence and innovation within their business sector and their exceptional overall performance.
The Midlands in the UK has proved to be one of the most popular areas (outside of London) for developing companies and start-ups.
At Easitill, we know that the Midlands is a hotbed of business talent and expertise, so to win this award really has galvanised us to provide the best service possible to our current and future clients.
2020 was an extremely busy year for us all at Easitill. We experienced one of the most active periods in our 30-year history, with both new customers coming on board alongside supporting our existing clients.
COVID-19 has affected many people, businesses and sectors, causing major upheaval to companies and communities. Many are having to adapt at pace and navigate a new business landscape they haven’t encountered before. One positive has been that it has brought about an opportunity to innovate, embrace technology, the internet and adapt accordingly.
Many of our customers are deciding to invest in eCommerce sites or convert their existing websites into eCommerce sites because the online movement has only increased during this period of lockdown and global events.
We offer a wide range of Retail and EPoS solutions to help a business operate in a more straightforward, more cost-effective and productive way. We are offering integrated touch screen EPoS units for single locations, to more advanced multi-till, multi-site solutions with complete stock control, purchase ordering and much more to help our customers compete in these difficult commercial times.
We have built up vast experience as solution providers to outdoor shops, the horticultural sector, equestrian retailers, pet shops, superstores, aquatic retailers, and many general retailers and country stores. We support our client base with over thirty years of experience delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced and competitive market.

We prefer to carry out demonstrations on-site to show potential customers the whole experience of our business solutions in person and answer any questions. On top of this, we have a seven-day-a-week helpline; we aim to offer the best support and assistance any business could need.
The award we received for ‘Best EPOS Solutions Provider’ has given us the confirmation we needed to provide further the best service and what our customers want and need.
Sadly our founder, Rob Gardner passed away in May 2020. We feel that this award would have made Rob proud and would have been welcome recognition of his and the whole team’s ongoing work and support.
